Challenging Loneliness and Isolation for Older Adults
Are you 55 years or older and struggling with loneliness and isolation? This one hour online course will explore the experience of loneliness and focus on the differences between loneliness and isolation and solitude. Strategies to manage loneliness will be shared and discussed. To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone. Instructions will be sent on how to join in once you have completed your registration. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing ideas on how to manage during these challenging current events. (1 ½ hours in length)

Mental Health Experiences and Older Adults
Are you 55 years old or over and curious about how mental health issues affect us as we age? This one hour online course will explore the signs and symptoms and the different kinds of mental health issues that a person may experience as they age. Strategies to improve your well-being will be shared and also resources available to help will be provided. To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone.
